In a host family
Our host families are carefully chosen and located within Paris. They are used to welcoming foreign students and, therefore, know how to help them familiarize themselves with the French way of life and the French culture. Single or double rooms, Bed & Breakfast (B&B) or half-board (breakfast and evening meal). The half-board option is ideal for practising French outside lesson time.
With a **** host family
A real high quality accommodation: located on the Buttes-Chaumont, our **** host family proposes in its private house of the XVII century a real “suite”, with bedroom, bathroom, toilets, and living-room. Possibility to have a car parking place in the private garage of the house.
At the C.I.S.P. residence
The C.I.S.P. student residences are located in southern Paris. They provide single rooms with breakfast or half-board. Offering good value for money, they include a self-service restaurant, cafeteria, TV room, self-service laundry facility, parking.
Kellermann Residence
Located at Porte d'Italie, close to the Parc Kellermann, in a lively area a few metro stops from Beaubourg and the Latin Quarter. Metro station: « Porte d'Italie » (line 7)
Ravel Residence
Located near Bois de Vincennes and the Parc Omnisport of Paris Bercy, and close to an olympic swimming pool.
Metro station: "Porte Dorée" (line 8) on the direct underground line to our school.
At the "Pierre et Vacances" residences : for those who prefer to rent a flat
For groups and individuals (minimum 2 persons for the same period). These 3 residential halls are located at about 20-30 minutes from the school by subway in typical Parisian areas.
Paris Montmartre Residence: near the Place du Tertre and the Sacré-Cœur Basilic
Buttes Chaumont Residence: in the heart of the XIXth district, in a lively and cultural place, near La Villette.
Porte de Versailles Residence: very close to our Summer Campus.
From a studio to an apartment for 6 persons, all the flats include a kitchen area, a bathroom with toilets, a TV, a telephone and a weekly cleaning. Beds sheets and towels are provided and changed once a week. All the facilities are modern, functional and of very good quality. Prices on request.
At the Residence Hôtel Appart'City
The hotel residence Appart'city is located near la Cité des Sciences, close to Gare de l'Est and Gare di Nord at about 20/25 minutes from Grands Boulevards School.
Studios are 20 sqm with television, phone, private batroom and toilets, sofa-bed, and kitchenette (coofee-maker, fridge..).
An access code is given to the students to enter the Appart'city Residence.

Nice and welcoming hotel located near the famous theatres which contributed to the Greands Boulevards reputation. The hotel is maximum 5 minutes walk from Accord Language School.
Summer accommodation (July and August only)
At the "Villa Escudier" residential hotel
Flats in a quiet "residence" with private garden.
Located at 10 minutes from "place de l'Etoile", 20 minutes from St Nicolas school, and 30 minutes from Grand boulevard school.
Small and medium Studio, Two-rooms flat, Duplex suite.
At the Cité universitaire internationale de Paris, the student residences in Paris
The residence is located in the heart of the Cité Internationale Universitaire, boulevard Jourdan in 14th district of Paris.
Single rooms with common bathrooms and a kitchen on each floor are available.
Clean sheets are supplied and changed every 10 days, and rooms are cleaned once a week.
Accès to the restaurant of the university.
Free acces to Internet and Wifi. Computers available.
Administrative fee
The administrative fee for each accommodation booking is 70 € per person and is non-refundable.
Recommendations
We recommend that you send us your accommodation application one month in advance, especially if you plan to come in the Summer. The above prices are for arrivals on Sunday afernoons and departures on Saturday mornings.
Pick up service
On request, our welcome and accommodation department can arrange a personalized welcome at the airport for you and transfer to your accommodation by car.
