The Organitation
- In case of emergency you can use our phone service: at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Pick-Up service on Sundays between 12:00 and 21:00 from bus/train stations and the airport in Granada to your lodging address (only if arrival time has been communicated previously).
- If you already have some knowledge of the spanish language, you will make a level test so that you can be placed at the right level.
- You can opt for 1 extra class daily on different topics of cultural interest.
- Use of computer, access to internet with e-mail sending/receiving.
- Multimedia classroom: create your own homepage by using don Quijote's digital camera and scanner.
- At the beginning and throughout the course you receive, without charge, all the didactic material that you will need.
- A study, career and cultural adaptation counselor is available at every school. The role of these counselor is performed by one of the teachers from the team, to whom you can go with all your questions.
- On your first day of course you are invited by the school to a welcome dinner with all the other students.
- You will receive as well a don Quijote student card with which you can get discounts in museums, restaurants, cafés and at various sport facilities.
- Guided city walking-orientation.
- On your first day of course, you will get a school info pack with amongst other things, a street map of the city and information about the school and the city.
- You can take part in the spanish dancing and singing lessons organized by the school (Not available in Barcelona).
- The secretariat will help you with the introduction for an 'intercambio': to help improve your spanish by meeting and talking with Spaniards who are interesed in your language as well.
- When you have finished the course, you will receive a certificate/diploma.
- Receiving of faxes.
- Use of videos, walkman, music cassettes and tennis rackets.
