Activities in Malta

ACTIVITIES: English Language Academy offers a full programme of activities as well as guided sightseeing tours.

The school offers a weekly leisure programme: for Week 1

  • Mondays: Free Salsa Lessons at the Fuego Salsa Bar

  • Tuesdays: MDINA - The Silent City Tour and Where Nations meet Nations at Fuego Salsa Bar

  • Wednesdays: Comino "Blue Lagoon" by Power boat, Sandy Beach at Mellieha Bay, and Jungle Fever Party

  • Thursdays: Diving in the Mediterranean Sea and Discover Malta by Night Tour

  • Fridays: Horse Riding in the countryside and Countryside Walk

  • Saturdays: Highlights of Malta Tour

  • Sunday: Round Malta Cruise and Gozo, Comino and Blue Lagoon Cruise.

  • Tuesdays: Valletta Capital City Tour and Where Nations Meet Nations at Fuego Salsa Bar

  • Wednesdays: Harbour Cruise, around Marsamxetto Harbour and the Grand Harbour. Jungle Fever Party

  • Thursdays: Diving in the Mediterranean Sea and Wine Tasting

  • Fridays: Horse Riding in the countryside and North of Malta Tour

  • Saturdays: Journey Back in Time Tour

  • Sunday: Gozo Scenic Tour and Gozo, Comino and Blue Lagoon Cruise.

It is important to know that you have to buy tickets to the events at leastone day before activity (before 1300hrs) for weekday tours and two days before for weekend tours, due to limited space for each activity. Tickets will be sold on a first come-first serve basis. Tickets cannot be reserved.

Also you should know that certain tours can only be cancelled only if the weather conditions affect the safety of the participants on the tour. Should a tour be cancelled or postponed Cultural English Tours will endeavor to provide an alternative tour or day. Should you not accept the provided alternative a refund will only be issued at time of cancellation of tour. Also, tours will take place once a minimum number of tickets have been sold. Should the minimum number not be reached then tour will be postponed or cancelled.

Students must present a valid ticket to attend an activity. Full price will be charged should ticket not be presented. Due to their nature certain activities can be physically demanding – we leave it at the student's discretion to choose the right activity bearing this in mind. Cultural English Tours cannot be held responsible for damages or injuries sustained due to this.
