AMES Training & Resource Centre Ltd. is accredited by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority under the provisions of the Education Act 1989 to provide education and training based on unit standards and local course approvals. AMES has agreed to observe and be bound by the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students published by the Minister of Education. The Code establishes a framework for minimum standards and good practice procedures, and a complaints procedure for providers enrolling international students.
