Accommodations during your stay at our English school in New York
In addition to the incredible learning experience that you will receive from the New York / New Jersey-based Zoni Language Centers, we are pleased to arrange superb accommodations for our international students at various residential locations. We provide international students with the safest and most affordable housing options, which are all conveniently located near Zoni Language Centers.
New York City Housing for International Students
Flushing YMCA
Located in Flushing, New York.
Minimum stay is four weeks. Single or double rooms with shared bathrooms are available.
Amenities include:
- Housekeeping services
- Air conditioning
- Cable television
- 2 swimming pools
- Fitness training center
- Gymnasium with basketball courts
- Racquetball and squash courts
- Sauna and steam rooms
- Subway nearby (45 minutes from Zoni)
Ten Eyck Residence for Women
Located in Manhattan
Includes two meals per day. All rooms are single occupancy.
Amenities include:
- Public rooms, such as a lobby reception, lounge, library, and TV room.
- Kitchenette with adjoining clubroom for refreshments and entertaining
- 17th-floor solarium
- Spacious roof garden
- Sewing and hobby room
- Music studios
- Six fully equipped laundry rooms
- Close to Zoni (only a fifteen-minute walk)
Students must pay a U.S.$950 security deposit to the residence upon arrival (cash or traveler's checks only), which will be refunded upon departure along with the return of the room key. Zoni Language Centers will bill students for the first four weeks only. Any additional weeks should be paid directly to the residence hall.

Zoni Language Centers will arrange for lodging in a clean, comfortable private residence ensuring safety and convenient location within a New York City neighborhood.
Living in private homes or apartments with an American family and sharing experiences and cultures while speaking English will provide you with a true New York experience.
