At 1200m from the school and 600m from the beaches, this residence has a small swimming pool, a restaurant and snack bar. A free shuttle will take you to school every morning.
The apartments: All of our apartments are fully furnished and decorated, and have:

- toilet
- air conditioning (except in residence "Lou Mas")
- a terrace
Bed linen is supplied for the duration of your stay and is changed every week. Towels are not supplied. Please note: Tenants are responsible for the cleaning of their apartment.

Juan-Les-Pins definitely benefits from one of the bestLEARN FRENCH WITH ABROAD LANGUAGES locations in the whole town, with the beach at 70 meters, Juan-Les-Pins train station at 50 meters and shops and leisure activities nearby.
The residence is one mile from the school. A free shuttle service will take you to the school every morning. A the end of the class, you will leave school with your own means of transport.

In a calm and silent area, 600 meters away from the beaches and 450 meters away from the shops in Juan-Les-Pins. You will be able to enjoy:
- its terrace
- its restaurant
- a television room
- a swimming-pool (of a modest size)
- a grill bar, snack-bar (the "Castel Café")
A free shuttle service will take you to the school every morning (1200 meters).
The CASTEL ARABEL provides a rare atmosphere of peace and quiet. However you should be aware that it is not an international standard hotel but a residence with simple comfort.
The rooms: 45 bright rooms each with shower roomLEARN FRENCH WITH ABROAD LANGUAGES and private toilet. Bed linen is supplied for the duration of your stay and is changed every week. Towels are not supplied. There is no phone in the rooms but there is a public phone you may use to call and receive calls. A fax is also available at Castel Arabel (for a charge).

The Choice of a Residence
You may choose one of our residences. Although we will do all we can to satisfy your preference, we cannot guarantee reservations for a particular residence, whatever the date of your reservation.
The horticole campus: In the summer, a new university campus welcome 150 students of more than 40 different nationalities.
The surroundings: Classrooms, accommodation, restaurants, sports fields and parking lots are gathered within one center of 88.000 m² surrounded by great gardens. It is located 2 kilometers away from the center of town and the beaches. All the equipment at your disposal is modern, simple and of good quality.
The rooms: 90 bright rooms, half of them with a view onto the sea and the others onto the school gardens. All of them are furnished for one or two persons, showers and toilets ( as new as the rooms), located on each floor.
Sheets are changed every week and provided for your entire stay. Towels are not provided.

Accommodation in French Family
Our families offer a comfortable home and are ready to share their daily fife and their interests with you.
Your room: The accommodation with your family is reserved from the Sunday preceeding the start of your course, until the last Saturday of your stay.
You may choose a single room or share a two-bedded room. If you are to share a room we try to accommodate you with someone of about your own age, but whose mother tongue is different from yours.
Your address: We will let you know the name, telephone number and address of your host family 15 days before your arrival.
Note: We do know some very welcoming families that are situated in places where a car is needed, so we would be obliged if you could tell us whether you have your own means of transport. (Mopeds may be rented in Antibes-Juan les Pins and bicycles are available for rent at the school).
