Course for Spanish Teachers

don Quijote offers a "Curso de Repaso" for teachers of spanish. The main purpose of this course is to support teachers of spanish by bringing their theoretical knowledge and their teaching methods up to date. Emphasis is to revitalize linguistic and didactic abilities and refreshment of your social-economic and political-cultural knowledge.
You can do this course, with a duration of two weeks on your own or as part of a group, at all don Quijote schools.
This program meets the requirements for a LINGUA grant which teachers of spanish within the European Community can make benefit of.
Course Content:
- Didactic methods 10 hours
- Grammar 8 hours
- Workshops 2 hours
- Observing classes within don Quijote 4 hours
- Current social-economic subjects, communication 6 hours
- Teaching of the spanish language and new techniques 2 hours
- Visit to monuments and historic buildings 4 hours
- Extra-curricular activities 4 hours
Practical Information
- Given at: dQ Barcelona, dQ Granada, dQ Madrid, dQ Salamanca, dQ Seville and dQ Tenerife.
- Duration: 2 weeks.
- Intensity: Group: 2 week/40 classes; Infividual: 2 weeks / 30 classes.
- Group size: maximum 16 students per group or individual.
