Learn Spanish in Tenerife

The Canary Islands are a Spanish archipelago located just off the coast of North Africa. They are also know as "Islands of the Blessed" agreeing with greek mythology because of their beauty and privileged sub-tropical climate.

Tenerife is the largest and most populated of the seven islands that form the archipielago and is a perfect destination for a holyday. There are two very different areas in the island: the north is cooler and greener because of clouds and wet weathers while the south is dry and sunny.

In Tenerife you can find everything you need to enjoy: resorts with all kind of facilities, paradise beaches, wild forest to explore, golf courses, water sports...it's one of the best European destinations for diving, surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Tenerife's great attraction is Mount Teide, Spain's highest mountain (3718 metres). This dormant volcano, (last eruption was in 1909), third largest in the world rises in the middle of La Cañadas del Teide National Park, formed around huge crater, where ancient lava flows created a volcanic landscape surrounded by pine forests.
