Valencia is the third largest Spanish city. Situated on the Mediterranean coast, is the largest port in Spain and one of the largest in the Mediterranean Sea.

Due to its location, Valencia has historically been a trading and strategic point, since the foundation of the city by the Romans. And nowadays it's the epicentre of an industrial and commercial area on east Spain and home to international fairs and conferences. Valencia's surrounding region is also one of the most important fertile regions in Europe, world-wide famous for it's sweet oranges variety.
