About don Quijote Spanish School Guarantees
As a future don Quijote student you have to know exactly what you are doing and what you can and cannot expect in Spain. That is why we give cast-iron guarantees:
Money-back guarantee...
In case you feel any of the services are not in accordance to the brochure, you must report your complaint in writing to the school secretariat within the first week after arrival.
don Quijote will rectify the situation within 2 working days. If the services are still not in accordance with the brochure description, there are two possibilities:
- don Quijote will refund the total amount of the course and lodging price, or
- In the event that don Quijote does not come to an agreement with you, your complaint will be handled by an independent arbitration commission of the regional spanish Government.The appointed arbitrator will decide whether your complaint is worthy of the money-back guarantee.
Successfully pass the D.E.L.E. exam...
If you attend at least 90% of the classes for 9 consecutive months at any of the don Quijote schools, we guarantee that you successfully pass the official D.E.L.E. exam. Should you not pass, don Quijote will provide 4 extra weeks of study free of charge as well as pay the re-examination fees

don Quijote owns 5 schools in 5 different spanish cities. All schools use the same teaching method and price structure (apart from the housing supplement for Barcelona and Madrid), allowing you to combine a stay at different schools, in different cities while attending on continuous course.
